Mission Statement

The Sons & Daughters of the Founding Fathers (SD-FF) is dedicated to advancing the ideals upon which this country was founded and protecting the unalienable Rights endowed upon us by our Creator. We are guided by the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution of the United States and the 8 pillars of a Responsible Government. Our focus is to hold our local, state and federal governments accountable to the citizens, to the core values of our society, and to govern by the rule of law in a Constitutional Republic. We will seek out like-minded citizens for membership and to find qualified candidates for election to local, state and federal offices. We are bund by a deep respect and love for this country and our fellow citizens. Our goal is to preserve and guide the future of this great Country as our Founding Fathers originally intended; beginning within our own community.

Our Declaration's author, Thomas Jefferson, understood the odds. He wrote, "The natural progress of things is for liberty to yield and government to gain ground," and he concluded, "The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants." It is yet to be seen whether the current trend toward statism will be reversed by the emergence of a great conservative leader, or by revolution, but if you're betting on another Ronald Reagan, I suggest you hedge your bet.

Accordingly, George Washington advised, "We should never despair, our Situation before has been unpromising and has changed for the better, so I trust, it will again. If new difficulties arise, we must only put forth new Exertions and proportion our Efforts to the exigency of the times."

Indeed we must.

Sons & Daughters Believe
We believe we must win the war on terror because our governments most sworn duty is to keep its citizens safe.

We believe in limited government because a vibrant entrepreneurial spirit will keep our economy strong and provide more opportunities for workers and families.

We believe we must build an innovative economy to compete in the world because we can compete with anyone, thanks to our entrepreneurs and risk takers who keep us on top of technology and commerce.

We believe the government must practice fiscal responsibility and that individuals should keep more of what they earn.

We believe the best government is the one that governs least and all of our dignity and freedoms be recognized.

We believe in strengthening our communities so our children can realize the American dream.

We believe in protecting the family as a base and role model for an ever changing world.

We believe equal rights, justice and opportunity apply to all regardless of race, creed, sex, age or disability.
